Privacy Policy for DocuPro PDF

DocuPro PDF ("the App") is an Android application that provides PDF and document tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect
DocuPro PDF does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, password, or similar personal information.

PDF files, images, documents, signatures, and QR-code content that you select for processing are handled on your device where the relevant feature supports on-device processing. We do not operate a personal cloud server for storing your documents.

2. Files and Device Storage
The App may access files, photos, or other media only when you choose a feature that requires them. Files created by the App may be saved on your device. You control which files you select and can delete locally stored files using your device's file manager.

3. Camera and Scanning
If you use a document-scanning feature, the App may request camera permission. Camera images are used to perform the requested scanning function. We do not intentionally upload scanned documents to our own servers.

4. QR Codes
Information you enter to create a QR code is used to generate the QR code. We do not intentionally transmit that information to our own servers.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
If advertising is enabled, DocuPro PDF may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may process device information, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, approximate location, and advertising interactions according to their own policies.

6. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the App and its data handling. Because supported document operations can be performed locally, your documents do not need to be uploaded to a DocuPro PDF server for ordinary on-device processing.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not maintain a personal cloud account containing your documents. Files created or selected by the App may remain on your device until you delete them.

8. Children's Privacy
DocuPro PDF is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
